The average foster youth lives in 13 homes before the age of 18.

"I have a 16yr old girl in my UHS Dance Crew name Chloe that is in emergency foster care. She has been to 12 fifferent high schools and needs a new home. We're trying to find a way for her to stay in the area to finish out the school year but more importantly to have a forever family. Please pray for Chloe."

We do this by creating communities of foster teens with caring mentors who are committed to impacting the statistics. Our hope is that through these communities, foster youth would discover more and more about who god made them to be.
